Availability and lead times depend on current stock, production planning and destination. For larger requests, supply planning can be discussed before confirming terms.
Product information and documentation
Product information, technical details and applicable compliance markings can be shared where relevant to the request. We avoid making general claims before confirming the specific products involved.
Returns, incidents and stock agreements
Returns, damaged goods, unsold stock and other operational points are not assumed automatically. They are discussed and written into the commercial agreement where applicable.
Territory and exclusivity requests
Territory or channel exclusivity is reviewed only for selected cases. It depends on volume, country, sales channel and long-term fit, and is never assumed before written agreement.
