We maintain continuous communication throughout the entire process: when an order enters production, when manufacturing is completed and when the order is sent, the customer receives email notifications with the relevant information. If the purchased model is not in stock, we inform the customer at the start of production and update the status as it progresses (in production → manufactured → in transit with tracking). Customer service is available at any time to check status and provide additional details about shipping or delivery.

Delivery times and availability

The total delivery time includes both manufacturing time and transport time. If the model is available in stock, the delivery time will be shorter; if it requires production, part of the sending time corresponds to the manufacturing process. Specific estimated delivery times are communicated with each order and are updated during the process. You can check before purchasing whether a model is in stock or requires manufacture, so that you have a clearer estimate of the delivery time before you buy.

Customer privacy is a priority: communications and shipping documentation respect confidentiality, and the contents of the package are not indicated on its external labelling. Hair, eyebrows and eyelashes

Hair and eyelashes define the product's natural appearance. We use processes that control density, direction and texture without losing delicacy.

  • Individual hair implantation: semi-automatic tools regulate density and direction; the final touches are hand-finished to create a realistic hairline.
  • High-end wigs: they are sewn onto the base with precise fixation and millimetre-accurate adjustment.
  • Eyebrows: layered pigmentation or partial implantation depending on the desired effect.
  • Eyelashes: hand-applied attachment to ensure long-term durability and a natural appearance.

Result: natural volume, a soft feel and harmonious integration with the face.

Facial details — modelling and finish

The facial surface demands precision: we combine moulds, pigmentation and mechanical adjustment to achieve expression and realism.

  • High-precision moulds: preserve natural textures and volumes.
  • Layered pigmentation: provides shadows and very natural tonal transitions.
  • Acrylic or glass eyes: mounted on adjustable supports that allow control of the gaze and smooth opening/closing.
  • Finishes: an overall matte seal with selective glossy highlights (lips, tear area) to enhance realism.

The internal skeleton is the framework that provides support and controlled movement. It is manufactured from precision-machined parts in stainless steel or treated alloys. The design spreads load evenly, allows a wide range of movement and holds postures without any play.

  • Central column: the structural axis that supports geometry and applied loads.
  • Mounting plates: positioned on the pelvis, chest and nape of the neck to anchor modules and distribute forces.

We use different mechanical solutions depending on the required function and the movement range needed.

  • Ball-and-socket: allows multi-directional movement — ideal for shoulders and hips.
  • Hinges: provide controlled flexion in the knees and elbows.
  • Rotational axes: at the wrist and ankle for accurate rotational movement.

Adjustment and protection

Precision of feel and long-term durability are priorities to ensure consistent performance.

  • Friction adjustment: joints include adjustable elements that let us calibrate resistance. The wrist, for example, holds its pose without slipping.

Intimate inserts: design and manufacture for sexual function

Overview: The cavities (vagina, anus and mouth) are designed as removable, functional modules. Every choice — shape, texture, material and how they are fixed in place — aims to improve the experience for vaginal, anal and oral sex, while making cleaning easier and ensuring long-term durability.

Common design goals

  • Variable sensations: alternating textures and narrow sections create changes in friction and pressure at different points. Designs are refined through testing until they reach the desired feel.
  • Durability: wall thicknesses and materials are chosen to avoid tearing and to keep elasticity over time.
  • Hygiene and maintenance: inserts are removable so they can be washed and dried easily.
  • Secure fit: flanges or edges lock and seal without damaging the outer skin.

Vagina — design and purpose

Internal shape: the canal includes chambers, rings and ridges that produce different sensations depending on depth and movement. These changes in texture create variations in friction and pressure that mimic real vaginal sensations.

Entrance and contractions: an elastic entry rim gives a feeling of initial 'closure'; internal narrowings simulate stronger constrictions for a more enveloping sensation, without overstressing the material.

Material and thickness: formulations are chosen for quick elastic recovery (they return to shape after use) and for thicknesses that balance softness and resistance.

Mounting: the insert usually has a rim or thread so it can be removed for cleaning or replacement, without stressing the outer skin.

Anus — design and purpose

Reinforced entrance: the entry ring is firmer and more resistant to provide a clear feeling of tightness from the start. This also protects the insert and the outer skin from repeated stretching.

Internal texture: simpler than the vagina, with ridges and compression zones designed for specific anal sensations.

Structural safety: reinforced cavities and seals prevent the insert from moving under load; the material is selected to recover its shape after use.

Mouth — design and purpose (oral)

Manufacture of inserts

Layered moulding: for complex internal textures we use moulds and multi-stage processes that create zones with different firmness (for example, firmer areas for support and softer areas for touch).

Bubble removal and extra curing: vacuum treatment removes micro-bubbles that would affect feel and could cause weak spots; additional controlled curing is applied when needed to stabilise properties.

Tests: compression and recovery tests check that the insert withstands repeated use and returns to its shape. These tests confirm elasticity, strength and durability before production.

Mounting and attachment

Inserts attach to the outer structure using rims, threads or flanges and, when needed, compatible adhesives. The aim is always to fix the insert securely without restricting movement or damaging the outer skin. Cavities and inserts are designed to be removed easily, helping cleaning and maintenance while keeping a good seal.

Hygiene, maintenance and safe use

The modular design lets you remove inserts without tools, wash and dry them properly, and reinstall them without loss of function. We avoid exposed hard parts and choose shapes that make rinsing and drying simple. This reduces residue build-up and lowers the risk of damage from incorrect care.

Quality control

Each insert goes through detailed quality checks, including:

  • Compression and recovery tests to verify elasticity and shape recovery after use.
  • Tear resistance checks and thickness measurements in key areas.
  • Visual and dimensional inspection to ensure consistent texture and no visible defects.
  • Mounting and seal tests to confirm flanges, rims or threads maintain fit and watertightness.

Only units that meet durability, tactile response and safety standards are approved for packing.

Skin: processes and controls for maximum realism and tactile response

Overview

The skin is a crucial component when creating a premium product for men. To achieve maximum realism we work exclusively with two families of materials which, when used correctly and with appropriate formulation and processes, provide the best results: formulated silicone and specially compounded TPE. Each offers the greatest capacity to convey sensation and realism — silicone stands out for its definition and stability and for preserving first-day quality for decades; TPE for its elasticity and warmth, also intended to remain serviceable for many years provided appropriate care and products are used — and both go through a long industrial and artisanal process to ensure the best possible outcome in every centimetre and every fine detail of our dolls, with strict controls at each manufacturing stage that enable the highest safety in use and satisfaction with minimum maintenance and cleaning effort.

Formulation

First, formulation: it is not only a matter of choosing a material, but of adjusting its “recipe” for each function. We define hardness (measured on the Shore scale) for hands, face and torso; we select additives that improve tear resistance; and we prepare the colour concentrate to achieve uniform tones. These technical decisions translate into feel and durability.

Mixing and dosing

In mixing and dosing we use automatic equipment that guarantees constant proportions. With liquid silicone, part A and part B are dosed with precision pumps; with TPE the pelletised material and the colour concentrate are fed from hoppers with temperature control to avoid variations. Homogeneity at this stage is critical: small differences affect colour, elasticity and final finish.

Bubble removal (vacuum)

The bubble removal step (vacuum) removes micro-bubbles that would otherwise create weak points and unwanted shine. We operate vacuum chambers and cycles suited to the volume and texture of the material; for injection-moulded parts we also adjust flow characteristics so the mould fills without entrapping air.

Moulding and curing

Moulding requires very precise parameters: mould temperature, pressure and cycle times. With silicone we control the heat of reaction and, when necessary, apply additional temperature-controlled curing to stabilise properties. With TPE we adjust injection and cooling times and use layered moulding when seeking different sensations in a single part (for example, firmer fingers and a softer torso).

Colour stratification and texturing

Colour stratification and texturing add visual depth. We apply pigmentation in layers: a base for the general tone, intermediate layers for shadows and targeted airbrush touch-ups for veins and nuances. The moulds include micro-reliefs specifically designed to reproduce pores and micro-patterns; these are then completed with manual retouches and matt powders that reduce shine and provide naturalness.

Finishing and assembly with the skeleton

After demoulding the finishing stage removes excess material (flash), fine edges are sanded and wall thicknesses checked. The union with the skeleton combines mechanical anchors and compatible adhesives so that the skin is held without losing mobility or being damaged during handling. Cavities and inserts are designed for easy removal to facilitate cleaning and maintenance.

Quality control

Finally, we apply comprehensive quality control: hardness tests (Shore), visual inspection with checklists, tactile tests by specialised operators and articulation trials on sample units. Only those units that meet the criteria — uniform colour, absence of visible defects and the expected tactile response — proceed to packing.

The combined effect of precise formulation, vacuum and viscosity control, optimised moulding parameters and manual finishing is what allows us to achieve skin with definition, depth of colour and a hyper-real tactile response. The result: skin that conveys sensations and reinforces the idea of a premium product without exaggerated claims, simply the quality you can see and feel.
